In addition to our photographic services, we also offer optional multimedia shows. Unlike the typically distorted dizzying "spin-around"
virtual tour, ours are more Cinema-like.

Utilizing the high resolution photographs that we captured during the assignment, we produce a HD video stream that looks more like a
film, set to specifically licensed music. We think that you will agree, that the difference is startling when compared to your typical virtual
tour.

Instead of you having to worry about how to host such media, we can host these multimedia shows right here at Desert Property
Showcase, and provide a specific unique link (URL) that you simply copy and past into the "virtual media" field  on MLS, and even onto
your own site and/or BLOG should you like.

We also suggest that you include that link in all your print advertising, brochures, etc  to maximize the property's exposure. A 3 minute
HD video says a lot more about the property than a 1-page flier. So, use these shows in every way possible to expose the property!

Multimedia Show Production
"Magazine-Quality Real Estate Photography"

First of all, we will only produce multimedia show using images that we have captured.  We can only use music that is licensed. We have a
library of licensed music that we use (at no additional charge to you). We will pick what we feel is suitable for the property. We can not use
"your" music unless you also provide us a copy of the use license.

Making these shows is a very time consuming and complicated process. It is certainly not a profit center for us. We offer it strictly as a service
to some of our clients because we know that the shows are a very effective marketing tool for the Realtor.

If you want us to produce a video for you, you need to be okay with us making all the decisions about what images to include, the sequence of
images, and choice in music. I.E. It is not a collaborative effort, where you will have the ability to make changes after the fact, or to look at
different versions (unless you are willing to pay for such changes of course). To make these shows affordable to you, they need to be a
one-shot deal. Any changes, would require us to start over, and that will result in additional charges. So you need to accept our choices as the
final product.  

That does not mean that you can not make requests PRIOR to production. If you have certain requests or concerns, make sure we talk about
before going into production of the video. For example, if you want the "intro text" to say a certain thing, let us know, we'll be happy to
accommodate, as long as we have that info from you in writing before we start working on editing.
